Just wanted to go over condensation leaks. I have recently found a lot of condensation leaks in homes, there are signs that every person living in a home should know if they are going to be living there. These are covered in the news letter. Leaks can lead to mold and you might not even know its there until its a real problem. So the whole point is get them handled fast and keep your unit being serviced every year. Every system will produce water if it is running properly (sometimes even if its not).
